1. 2. The site is an online store for the purchase of fashion items and jewelry by the customer and those who are allowed to purchase there

Shipping, Returns, Cancellations and Exchange Policies:

10. The delivery times of the items include only business days, that is, Sunday-Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, Sabbaths, holiday eves and holidays will not be counted in the count.

11. Please note that orders that are received at the business are processed within 2-3 business days after the purchase and reception of the order.

12. 14. The ordered product will be shipped to the address specified by the customer during the ordering process up to 14 business days (except for Judea and Samaria up to 21 business days). If you are requesting a quick delivery, contact us by phone so that the option can be checked.

15. Shipping costs – Shipping fees are not included in the price of the product, shipping costs will be added to the final amount To be paid according to the price indicated at the time of purchase and paid by the customer.

Cancellation of a transaction and/or exchange:

17. An item purchased on the website can be exchanged for another item or returned for a credit within 14 business days of receiving the item.

18. It will not be possible to cancel a transaction and/or exchange and / or cash credit on item made on personal order.

19. Cancellation of an order – the customer may cancel the transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981-1981 and under the following conditions:

A. If the customer has requested to cancel the transaction, the cancellation can be made up to 14 days from the moment the item was received.

B. In the event of a credit due to cancellation of an order or transaction, the business will credit the customer with the amount paid for the item through the payment method in which the transaction was made, after deducting 5% of the transaction value (not including shipping fees) or deducting an amount of NIS 100 – whichever is the lower of the two. This is within 14 business days from the day the item was received by the business .

If the Customer is a person with a disability, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, as defined in the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, he will be entitled to cancel the order and return the product within four months of receiving the product in accordance with the conditions above and below.

C. The credit and payment as above will only be possible after the item(s) has arrived at the business and after checking that the item(s) has not been used.

D. The refund will be received on the next billing date and everything is in accordance with the credit company's policy.

20. In the event that the product has been delivered to the customer and the customer wishes to cancel the transaction and/or make an exchange and/or return, the customer has the obligation to return the product to the address of the business in its packaging, complete and without damage and / or defect of any kind and type and without having been used .

21. The delivery services are external and therefore no refund will be given for delivery.

22. If the cancellation of the order is made after the product has left the business to the customer, the customer will be charged full payment for shipping fees.

23. In case of returning the product and/or exchanging a item for any reason whatsoever, the details listed below must be attached in writing:

Full name, order number, the name of the item you want to order instead of the replaced product and the extent to which you would like to make the replacement.

27. The jewelry is made of solid and high-quality materials, but it can not be taken with to the sea or to the pool.

Avoid contact with substances such as salts, oils, perfumes, care products, chlorine, cleaning products, chemicals. this can damage the jewelry irreversibly.

Avoid contact of the jewelry with unnatural materials and high-temperature water and it is advisable to handle the jewelry as a sensitive and delicate item. 

For long-term storage, we recommend keeping the jewelry in a closed box (in original packaging) or in a bag. Do not store the jewelry in the bathroom and do not expose it to constant moisture.

Your attention: the product description on the website includes the colors of the metal parts in the jewelry (gold or silver). It is expressly clarified that the items and its parts are not made of solid gold and / or silver, but plated and / or gold filled.

28. The warranty for the product is for 6 months from the date of purchase. The responsibility is personal and non-transferable and it is not valid in cases of breakage, tear or theft, damage to the item due to unreasonable use and / or lack of adherence to the recommendations for keeping the jewelry, as detailed above.

29. If  the item is damaged during the warranty period despite the usage recommendations, you can contact us to have the item repaired by attaching an order number and only by presenting a receipt.

30. It is important to note that each case of damaged, the item will be examined and the business will decide how to proceed and how the case will be handled.

31. The return of the defective item will be made by registered mail with an order number and full name or by courier at the customer's responsibility.

32. In the event that the customer received a defective product, we must be contacted immediately and the case will be handled as a top priority.

33. The length of time to repair an item will be 30 business days. For all details regarding the repair of an item, contact the business through "Contact" on the website.
